A great location with shops restaurants and bars etc close by but quiet at night si a good night sleep. Not a long walk from the bus station or train station or to St Marks etc. everywhere is in walking distance and beautiful back streets etc Bed and pillows very comfortable so had a good night sleep. Breakfast was nice with a good selection and lovely staff Hotel feels very new and very clean. Would visit again

Staff was friendly, accommodating for luggage storage before and after my stay, and the location was great. It is a short walk from the train (easy with luggage) station but not next to it so it's away from the middle of the crowds. The hotel is near good restaurants and there are several vaporetto stops nearby to easily get around to all points-- Venice is also very walkable. The breakfast buffet is well done, rooms clean, Wifi strong, and I would certainly stay again!

We had a quick overnight stay before catching our flight. Reception staff were fantastic with airport trf and helping us get tickets. Very comfortable room & bed. Great shower!
