“Great suite with it's own backyard garden”

First of all, the suite is great. The photos really don't do it justice. The suite is quite large with a fully equiped kitchen and living room. You also get the whole back garden to yourself so you can have your own breakfast and coffee out there or have a glass of wine in the evening. The bathroom is bigger than most of the other bathrooms and showers we experienced while traveling in Italy. The host is also great! He came and met us just to give us a run down of the suite and also provided a map of Venice with great food suggestions. We went to almost every restaurant he recommended and all of them were good recommendations.

The location of the apartment was perfect - in a quiet alley with bars and restaurants at the end of the street. It was very easy to get from the train station and to get to the water bus stops. The apartment is an older style but had everything we needed and was clean. The outdoor garden was perfect to relax in the afternoon.

Loved the location which was away from the main tourist areas. Was only a 30 minute walk to St Marks Square. Enjoyed sitting in the courtyard to eat our lunches. Heaps of space in the apartment for the 2 of us and enjoyed being able to cook, when needed.
