Marco was an amazing host, answering questions, offering advice and helping us navigate our way round. Nothing was too much trouble and the apartment was perfectly placed to get to everything we wanted to quickly but just enough out of the way to be quiet and see some real Venetian life. Would absolutely recommend and return.

Apartment is gorgeous, district is the best in Venice (near to the center but calm and cosy), Marco - the best owner you can imagine. During our stay at Appartamento Calle de Pretti we really felt like at home. At our new home in Venice 😍 All facilities, impeccable cleanliness, the spirit of the city. Marco made everything we had a wonderful experience, provided all information about everything could be needed.

Thoroughly enjoyed the location in Castello, close to the major Biennale sites, and to the cafes and restaurants lining Via Garibaldi. A big shout out to Marco, who welcomed us to Venice and made our check-in experience super easy, Grazie Mille!

Marco was the best host! He met us at the Waterbus stop and walked us to the apartment, even helped to carry my luggage! The property was clean and welcoming, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Marco was available if we had any questions and was very helpful with giving advice on restaurants to eat at and places to visit.
