The location was quiet but also right near bars and restaurants. It was clean and there was even a moka express coffee maker in the cupboard that we could use. So much better than those pod machines.

The location of the apartment was undoubtedly one of its greatest strengths. It was very centrally located, making it easy to walk or take the Vaporetto to the city center and all the major attractions, including the Vaporetto stops for Murano and Burano. The apartment was also easily accessible from the Tronchetto parking garage, yet it remained quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. The size of the apartment was excellent for our family of four, with plenty of space to move around. The particularly high ceilings and the unique wall features added a special charm to the apartment that made it stand out. Another positive aspect was our interaction with Giacomo, a representative from the managing agency. He was very friendly, approachable, and responded promptly to any inquiries we had. For instance, when we encountered an issue with the WiFi, he quickly resolved it.

A very large and nice apartment in an atmospheric tenement house right next to the canal. Living here we felt like real Venetians :) The apartment has everything you need for a few days in the city. There are pubs downstairs where crowds hang out in the evenings. A very nice and helpful host who explained everything to us and gave us some tips for visiting the city. The only small inconvenience was the water draining very slowly in the bathroom sink. However, this does not affect our positive impressions after staying in this place.
