The location was excellent, just a few minutes from St Mark’s square. We were given an upgraded room which was excellent. Andrea came to meet us as we could not find the property.

Very nice location with windows facing out to the canal it was very beautiful. Good price point and nice staff. We got a free upgraded room which was lovely.

We stayed in an apartment located just a few hundred meters from St. Mark’s Square and the Doge’s Palace — truly a perfect location for anyone wanting to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of Venice! The apartment offers a lovely view of the canal, which made morning coffee and evening relaxation especially charming. All the main attractions are within walking distance, yet the neighborhood remains surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the tourist center — a real bonus after a day of sightseeing. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped — everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. We especially loved the authentic Venetian interior details that gave the space a unique charm. The kitchen was fully stocked, which was perfect for those who prefer to cook their own meals
