Mattress and pillows nice firm. Breakfast is top knotch, with a view over Grand canal to match, and staff throughout very friendly, with particular mention to the filipino breakfast manager who I unfortunately forgot to ask his name. AC was perfect for the peak humidity and heat and an extra hair dryer was provided. Location was perfect and room on top floor was quite and private.

Nicely decorated room Great breakfast Friendly staff Location USB sockets near bed (but awkwardly placed when a double and not a twin room.)

Very well located ,about 100m from Rialto Bridge .Water bus stops right across the bridge.An exceptional breakfast with the best cappuccino
