Location: Very good location, 2 mins walk to Piazza San Marco and 5 mins walk to the water taxis. Room: Was a decent room but very poor view. The AC is quite noisy and even when turned off, there's another buzzing sound that kicks in. No tea/coffee facilities in the room which is a shame. Breakfast: Basic breakfast but decent.

Easy to find. Close to all attractions but yet quiet and very comfortable. A full breakfast each day. I enjoyed getting lost in the wonderful art collection.

The location was perfect 2/3 minutes from St Marc’s Square. We had a deluxe room with a lovely view of the canal and the staff were very friendly.

My husband and I stayed at this nice gem tucked down a side street a few strides away from St. Mark’s Square. We couldn’t fault it in any way, bed very comfortable, noise non-existent, staff friendly and efficient, lovely little deck to sit on and while away the evening watching the passing parade of gondolas and small boats. We would certainly recommend this hotel and will be back!
