My room was absolutely amazing! Clean, so tastefully decorated with all the amenities I required and quite spacious. My favorite this was I had a view of the gondolas passing right outside my window and I’d naughtily wave Buongiorno and they’d call back and it was all so so magical. I’ve stayed in Venice before, but honestly not many hotels will give you this much space and attention to details. They’ve also got the cutest little coffee area past reception. I absolutely loved how central it was to everything and the hospitality starting with guiding me to the hotel, checking up on my travels and the little coffee and biscotti station at reception. I’ll definitely be back and 100000% recommend this hotel.

Before the visit we weren’t sure about not having a receptionist in the building, however we were greeted at our arrival and shown everything we needed during our stay by a real person, and the rest of the time there was a live video link in the reception area where we could talk to our host and ask questions.
