It a great place and location. The room was clean and comfortable with a good view to the canal. The building itself is so old, but in a great state. There is a small park inside and it’s awesome to have breakfast in this park. The location is very convenient. It a quiet area and it’s close to a board station. The owner and personal are so kind and loyal. Thank you for your advices and all the details about Venice.

beautiful property, amazingly decorated with a fantastic location: quieter area + river view but also close enough to walk to and access the centre of the city. host and staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. they provided us a map and list of recommended local restaurants, allowed us to leave our bags after checkout, and the breakfast was extremely lovely :)

What a beautiful guest house in a lovely area of Venice. The garden was delightful and our room very comfortable with a view of the canal. Most of all the wonderful hosts and staff were so helpful when my husband was unwell. A very special place we are so grateful to have discovered.
