We had a fantastic stay at 312 Piazza San Marco. The room was beautifully furnished, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The location is unbeatable — just steps from St. Mark’s Square, yet quiet enough to relax after a long day. The staff was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The attention to detail and the warm atmosphere made us feel right at home. We truly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice!

This was our first time in Venice and honestly I couldn’t have chosen a better hotel! The staff were fantastic not only during our stay but even before we arrived. The owner Asela reached out to us via WhatsApp to assist with anything we needed before arrival. The staff were fantastic, the room was gorgeous and so clean and the location was perfect literally right on the square in the hustle and bustle. Would 100% recommend this hotel and if I return to Venice again I will be re-booking! Thanks Asela and staff🫶
