The apartment is just 5 minutes (by foot) from San Marcos and 10 minutes (by foot) from Ponte Rialto. Also, the apartment is located in an area that is visited by many people, but the isolation was very good and no noise was felt. For the three days of our stay in Venice we didn't spend any money on breakfast, because the owner had left milk, orange juice, rusks, jam and nutella in the apartment. There were also bottle of water and plenty of espresso capsules and tea bags. Regarding the entrance stairs, they are just a little high and that's it. I don't think it's a problem for adults and children.

Really nice apartment, super clean and unbeatable location! Maria helped us with all our questions and was very welcoming and thoughtful. All the amenities you could ever need is included within three apartment and I repeat - the location is fantastic! 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice.

The location is the best feature for this apartment. It’s in the centre of town and very close to San Marco. Also a walking distance from Rialto where you can catch the water bus to the train station. The apartment has two rooms which is nice. The small room is suitable for a child or a teen if you’re travelling in a family. The kitchen is basic but well equipped. Was nice to find, milk, juice and water in the fridge when we arrived and there’s also some jam and dry toast for breakfast. Tea kettle and coffee machine too.
