The entire stay was very satisfactory, the room was big, the bathroom had more than enough space. The pool was clean, the sauna appropriate, and the garden had a nice location to it. Breakfast had fairly enough variety.

I had the most delightful experience at this charming spa hotel with a distinct boutique feel. From the moment my friend and I arrived, we were captivated by the warm and inviting atmosphere. Notably, our room was a true haven with a luxurious bathroom that was complete with both a bathtub and a shower cubicle – the epitome of comfort and relaxation. The staff at the hotel were absolutely delightful and made my stay truly memorable. A special mention goes to Venelina Kancheva, whose exceptional greeting left me feeling welcomed and valued. She also graciously shared local insights, guiding me towards the hidden gems of Veliko Tarnovo, making my visit even more enriching. Furthermore, I must express my profound appreciation for Plamen Iliev, whose impeccable service went above and beyond my expectations during my short stay. His attentiveness and willingness to assist ensured that we felt well cared for throughout our time at the hotel. The breakfast experience was lovely, with a dedicated bar for ordering hot drinks conveniently located on the same floor as the indoor pool. Speaking of the pool area, there was also a sauna and a delightful outside garden area adjacent to it. This spa has truly offered us a temporary escape from the world.
