We arrived late at night at the night portier and staff were very friendly and helpful. When we got to our room there was a problem with one of the lamps, which meant we had to change rooms. The staff helped us with this and treated us to a glass of champagne each as a way to apologise for our inconvenience, which we appreciated. The room was big enough for two people and the bed was comfortable. They welcomed our dog and had put a water bowl down for him in our room.
