My wife and I stayed at the Villa Maxim for a week. The location is perfect, in the middle of Primorski Park, a green oasis of the city. The room, although in the attic, is large enough (it is for three people) and has all the facilities of the description, except the kettle, which was missing. The Wi-Fi signal is very good. Although there is an air conditioner, we did not use it, as the room is quite cool. At an outside temperature of 28-30 degrees, the air coming through the open window was enough. The guesthouse also has a swimming pool, but we didn't use it, preferring to go to the beach. In conclusion, the Villa Maxim guesthouse is a very good choice for spending a few days at the Black Sea, in a beautiful and welcoming city.

The entry hall and the garden were beautiful. The sheets were clean, there is a hairdryer in the bathroom so I consider it as a good bonus. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good enough, I cannot complain. (One day we had bread with a good cheese and second day we had eggs). The room is spacious and it was a great location in the park, silent during the night. The price was very good.. overall a good experience.

Very good location - quiet and green part of the Sea garden , good view over the sea, interesting design of facilities, very friendly and cooperative staff, optimal price/quality ratio, best food prices around.
