A very nice and cosy apartment, clean, with a nice view over the Sea Garden and the Black Sea. There are shops, restaurants, pharmacies, a playground and a little vegetables and fruits market around it. I think it is great both for couples and families with children. The owner was very helpful and kind.

The apartment is in a great location in Chaika, in a well-maintained building with controlled access. The sea view was fabulous, and the apartment itself was very spacious and warm. It has all the amenities one could need. Nearby, there is a small market, pharmacy, and cafes. The host was very helpful guiding us on how to check-in and out. There is still space to park, but I heard that the municipality is planning to make the neighborhood a paid parking zone so do your research beforehand.

The apartment is very spacious, bright, well positioned, equipped with everything you might need and even more! Easy to check-in, kind owners, I definetely recommend it!

Beautiful and clean apartment close to the sea garden and beach. Many shops and a little market nearby. My family had a great holiday here. The host is very helpful.
