Never met the host - communication was entirely via phone and Viber but it was perfectly clear, no problems. And very polite. The kitchen part has everything one could need except dedicated beer glasses. Well, they didn't have knives, either, but I left them a little gift :) There are PLENTY of electrical outlets all over. MUCH appreciated! There is a good supermarket literally 50 meters away and it works until 22:00 every day. Even Sundays! Excellent parking options for anyone with a car. Good public transport options nearby.
