Hotel excellent located in a nice area, very close not only to the city center but also to the railway station, marvellous architecture & design interior of the building (it s a historic building from 1905 - It s like a museum), my room was clean & also beautifully decorated. The stuff is very kind always ready to help. And last but not least breakfast was delicious. This is definetly a hotel to be recommended!

Loved everything. Staff are the best I've come across in Bulgaria and I've been here 18 years! The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Just a pity my husband was a miserable person! Next time I visit I plan a solo trip or with friends.
