A surprisingly charming place. Built by the young owner from scratch. Everything, even the lamps in the rooms, are handmade. The rooms are situated in pavilions, surrounding a charming courtyard and dining room. The rooms are new, well-maintained, cozy, and very clean, with a comfortable bathroom, refrigerator, and TV. The beds are comfortable, and the bedding is cozy. A delicious, hot Georgian breakfast, included in the room rate, prepared by the owner on site, was a pleasant surprise. The smiling, young, English-speaking owner was happy to share stories about his place and Georgia.

Best place to stay in Vardia. This family accommodation is very, very good. Very well maintained, with its beautiful garden and beautiful flowers. The food is rich and delicious. And finally, the hosts are ready to take care of you and make you feel comfortable.

Sitting on the balcony looking across the valley, sipping wine and taking in the oasis that Tsotne has created. What an amazing place to visit and stay! Tsotne and the workers were amazing. Very helpful! The breakfast was a great addition & in typical Georgian fashion, delicious and filling

The breakfast and dinner were very tasty, everything is homemade from their garden. Although the owners don't speak English, they were very kind and thoughtful, we communicated using Google Translate. The garden is also really beautiful and peaceful.
