Our second stay at Dwivedi Hotels Sri Omkar Palace in Varanasi. The staff is super helpful and friendly and the location of the hotel is fantastic - in the old town next to the Ganges river. It is the small things that count and at this hotel, the staff really looked after us e.g giving us a small bottle of complimentary water when coming back from walking outside in the heat, booking a boat ride or to help with something. The food from their restaurant is also delicious. We ordered room service and enjoyed dinner in the big sitting room overlooking the Ganges River.

Good location close to one of the Ghats, cosy room. With all one needs, very nice terrace with view on Ganga, breezy roof restaurant with great breakfast and dinner menu, friendly and helpful personnel

Excellent property, clean and well organized. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately, we got sick during our stay, but the staff immediately stepped in to help us: they bought medicine from the pharmacy and brought food and water to our room. Such care and attention are truly rare to find. Thank you so much!

The staff at this hotel were incredible. They could not have done more to ensure we were comfortable and felt looked after. They helped arrange transfers to and from the airport, a boat ride, a local guide, and a trip to Sarnath. They were so exceptionally kind and helpful. The balcony in our room and the view from it was wonderful. Great value for money.
