+ nice and quiet location close to the sea (but we went for further beaches that were less crowded) + friendly host and also neigbours + 2 separate bedrooms + we were there with 3 kids and we had enough space + all equipement that you need + apartment in ground floor, thus not so overheated in the afternoon (air conditioning is also present) + little bakery just 5 minutes walk
