No breakfast as such, just some chewy bars and teabags. No milk although Helen said I could use the milk in her fridge.

Excellent! The host Helen is very friendly and flexible ,allow me to check in early even though I put the time is after 3pm. The location is nearby the skytrain station with supermarket and restaurants. The room is on second floor very clean with mobile air-conditioner. She provide extra effort to offer me umbrella in rainy day though I have one. The main floor sitting room is a bit crowded with items but I have no concern. Overall I highly recommended this for solo traveller.

My room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Helen has thought of everything that a traveller might need for a night. I was also pleased to find a wonderful running/walking path around the Langara golf course very close to the house.

The room was quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The house was in a quiet residential area and very convenient for catching the skytrain.
