Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, yet close to some great food options (Bun Cha Ca Hoang Yen!!), comfortable rooms and bathrooms, spacious kitchen area.

First, the navigation in the car did not lead us correctly, but then we quickly found the accommodation on foot. We parked the car in front of the building, opened the door with the code sent to us by the owner. The house is very spacious. The ground floor has a spacious kitchen, toilet, and a washing machine and dryer under the stairs. On the upper floor there are two large enough bedrooms and a bathroom. The premises are clean. There is no noise in the settlement. Since we were in a hurry to catch the ferry in the morning, we left very early, which was no problem from the owner's side.
