This is a traditional hotel with well-trained, professional staff and rooms that have been well designed. It's right in downtown Vancouver and an easy walk to most things. We very much enjoyed our stay.

5th floor two queen beds with still room to move around comfortable plenty of pillows good shower happy with the room , adequate friendly and helpful staff

As we stayed one night it was wonderful that laugage could be held between checkout and readiness to taxi to airport for late evening flight ...it would have been nice to have a space to freshen up b4 flight only disappintment ....
