Perfectly located, really comfortable room with every detail taken into account. Lovely roof top pool and reasonably priced restaurant menu. Above all the staff were amazing. Special thanks to Saki and Karol on the front desk and Lei in the restaurant. You are special.

Central and fantastic location to explore the most important part of Vancouver :Granville island, Stanley park, Sea Wall walk, Canada Place, Gastown, Granville Street at night, Whale Watching experience... Very nice and warm welcome by the reception staff, beautiful rooms, very comfortable bed.. we had the most amazing 2 days

Everything was lovely - from the friendly staff who greeted us with a smile to the room -we were upgraded on arrival and appreciated the extra room and comfort that the suite gave us. We tried both breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and both were excellent- high quality food and for a very good price.

Absolutely everything! Wow this hotel was amazing and a free upgrade, the staff are the most helpful I’ve ever encountered everyone was so helpful thank you so much for an amazing stay.
