We had asked for a room close to the elevator, because my husband has difficulty walking , they gave us a room on the other side of the elevatores. If we would of known we would have never booked at the Holiday Inn Vancouver

Location was perfect for transport to the Cruise ferry. Room was good, but the bed were not very comfortable - not easy to find a plug to charge devices after a long flight. Breakfast was good, but was not given the voucher on check in, so had to ask at the reception desk for it in the morning.
