The location is perfect. By the beach in an area with a cool vibe, and so close to the downtown sights and Stanley Park. Its old and un-refurbished but super clean with large rooms, kitchenettes, comfy beds and free tea and coffee in the lobby.

There was no breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. We used the laundry. It was good. We would stay there again.

This is a good value place in a great location for a larger group. We were 6. Yes the place is a bit dated, but if you want something more modern and up to date, expect to pay a lot more than you pay here.
