LOCAL TAX LAW.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

I can’t say enough good things about New Voga—it was honestly one of the best places I stayed on my trip! The whole place is impeccably clean and has a very warm, welcoming atmosphere. The location is just perfect: quiet but close to everything. What I appreciated most was how incredibly helpful and thoughtful the staff were. They shared great local tips, were always smiling, and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh, high-quality food and even gluten-free options when I asked, which meant a lot to me. I’d come back anytime without hesitation!

Great location, lovely spacious rooms with a nice aspect. The place felt very clean and cared for. Paula was a wonderful host, prepared a great breakfast (including early for us especially when we needed it), and gave us very helpful recommendations. We felt very comfortable and my daughters loved staying here.

Paula was a very attentive helpful host and the breakfasts were very good. The place was characterful and clean with comfortable beds. It was well located for visiting all the tourist sights and restaurants. It was also quiet.
