Location is perfect, super clean, the staff is amazing! If anything id suggest to put a bigger bed (kingsize) in the room as it was super spacious but the bed was rather small

The location, Paula the guest relations manager helped us to book taxis to go to a winery, we did a pre check-in before arrival so everything was super smooth when we got there, rooms super clean, breakfast was delicious.

The hotel has excellent, friendly, but professional staff. We had a spacious room with electrically opening roof windows. The garage was easily accessible and comfortable, with direct access to the reception by lift. There is a nice cafeteria with a patio serving excellent small dishes. The centre is within walking distance. Valladolid is a special city; we will definitely come back.
