The place is very nice and clean. Owner is friendly. He gave us nice recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. There is small shop in front of the gate to get some snacks and water.

We loved everything about our stay here! Jonathan was very responsive messaging on booking.com and Claudia was super welcoming when we arrived. It is fantastic value for money! Slightly out from the main square, about a 25 min walk but lots of cute cafes and restaurants only a 10 min walk away which is where the Valladolid sign is. We actually preferred this location to the main square! WiFi is excellent I was even able to work from here and take work calls in my room which was so handy. It’s very safe there is a gate at the front, you also have a huge garden which you can see from the pictures and plenty of parking if you have a car. The room was perfect, we went for the comfort room it has a fan and AC and one of the biggest bathrooms we’ve had ever! Couldn’t recommend this place enough, thank you so much for having us!

Beautiful place in a calm green area on the city periphery. There is a large terrace and many places where you can just put yourself in the grass or practice yoga :) Jonathan is very kind and welcoming! It is easy and not so long to walk in the centre. But as we don't like strange dogs (even though they are harmless) on the streets, especially during the night when you return from dinner, we usually took car and go just a little bit close to the centre and walk more there :)
