Fantastic hotel, the hotel and restaurant staff were lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. One of our rooms was upgraded to a room with a balcony with no extra charge (worth asking at check-in if one is available). The food was amazing in both the courtyard restaurant and the roof top bar/restaurant. Ask about the new 'secret' bar, hidden away behind reception, which is just for residents, it's a new, trendy cocktail bar with a classy private club vibe. The breakfasts were exceptional and they even provided a packed lunch alternative (sandwiches, fruit, coffee and juice) one morning when we left before the 7am breakfast start time.

Fantastic location right on the main square, great food and facilities. Rooftop bar and restaurant were also great. Good onsite parking too

- Super location, in the centre of Valladolid, I would not have asked for a better one - The food was really nice at dinner (wide choices available including traditional Mayan plates), and good also for breakfast - The hospitality and availability of the staff
