Due to safety reasons, children under the age of 14 are not allowed into Thermae 2000.Guests are kindly requested to note that it is recommended to make reservations for wellness treatments in advance.Please note that as a general rule:
- It is obligatory to wear swimwear in the thermal baths.
- It is obligatory not to wear swimwear in the sauna.On Thursdays in the spa, it is 'no swimwear' day.Please consult the calendar www.thermae.nl/kalender for the distribution of swimwear days and weekends, nude days and weekends, and mixed days and weekends.

The facilities were great notwithstanding the extensive construction work going on in the hotel and spa. The facilities that were accessible were great.

Pros: The Christmas decor, the overall ambiance in the hotel, not very diverse but yet good breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, friendly/helpful staff and comfy beds.

Location is great and everything has a very luxurious atmosphere. The sideways down going elevator is, in my opinion, already a mini attraction (really wish it would go further down, perhaps to a cave cafe, just an idea). Bathtub in the room but of course, with excess to the spa facilities, it was not needed. Breakfast buffet with everything imaginable, from healthy yogurt, fruits, crackers, buns, rolls, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, delis, cheeses, to croissants, pasties, coffees, teas, fresh juices etc. etc. If it wasn’t so expensive, we would be going more often for a weekend or so.
