Closed territory, closed parking, locaiton is great - gym, mall, subway, lots of restaraunts/caffes nearby.

Location was great - easy access to both the beach and the old town. The apartment was comfortable with a small balcony.A lot of the other apartments were taken by local Spanish people and so there were always people around enjoying the communal spaces together. We really liked this about the place but it did mean it could sometimes get a little noisy! The pool was fabulous. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and also the Arena Shopping Centre and Levante Football Club.

The location. The apartment is close to the metro and bus stations and for a light walk you can take the tramway. Peaceful during the day, closed building complex with security. Very close to Lidl, Carrefour, Arena Mall.
