the communication over whatsapp was friendly and easy the location is fantastic the room was lovely very practical, very good lighting, although there isn't a reception, they have made their best at giving advice on EVERYTHING, cool shows, surroundings etc. I imagine they target young and cool people (young-ish as i am 52 year old hahah) I liked the fact that you can help yourself to the fridge and leave money which to me shows trusts and enduces respect and responsability. I will come back for sure :)

You mentioned offering a late check-out as a gesture of goodwill, but the reality was very different. At 15:36, your staff informed us we had only 5 minutes to leave the room—even after we explained that our two small children were sleeping. This was neither respectful nor considerate, especially for a family traveling with young kids. The room was still showing as available on Booking.com, so the urgency and treatment felt unjustified and unprofessional. As for the baby cot, we never claimed it was an issue, but it’s worth noting that in every hotel we’ve stayed at—including higher and lower-rated ones—providing a cot for a toddler (2.5 years old) has always been standard and free of charge. This is not an exceptional service but a basic courtesy for families. We are disappointed by the tone and assumptions made in your reply, especially regarding how you handled communication and our concerns during the stay. Instead of taking responsibility or showing empathy, your message shifts blame and misrepresents the situation. We believe feedback should be a two-way street, and just as you’ve shared your perspective, we wanted to make sure ours is also heard and accurately represented. We wish you the best going forward and hope our experience helps improve how families are treated in the future.

Great location, spacious rooms and very friendly staff who had lots of tips for us. We were even able to borrow beach towels and sunscreen for our day at the beach.
