The house is located in a good location with a great access to tram and metro with which you can access in a few minutes to the city center. Also, it is close to the beach and City of the Arts and Sciences, almost by walk 20 minutes. If you are traveling to visit University of Valencia or Polytechnic University of Valencia, this house is located well. You can access easily by tram, Valenbisi (bicycle), and walk. In the vicinity of the house you can find a gym and a swimming pool which can be great specially in winters, and by walking a bit in any direction you can find supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. It is near to Blasco Ibáñez, an avenue with great night life. The house itself is recently renovated and has good set of appliances and furniture. It has a double bedroom and a day bed (convertible sofa) in the living room, a big fridge, iron, stove, etc. The bathroom also is very new and comfortable.
