Regina was an excellent receptionist, greeter, and host and very helpful and friendly. Regina communicated well the instructions for getting there & getting on. The room & eating area was clean. There were 4 shared bathrooms with showers We Loved having so many Windows to look out from our bed view. Great location for buses, grocery store across the street, walking distance from the train station. Loved our Stay. Thanks

The place is perfect to stay close to the City Center (20 min Walking). I had shared bathroom. The room was clean but a little bit cold. The price is affordable for Valencia and if you want to stay few days.
