Property located in an old and under construction block of flats, and hard to access by car or parking freely. Area looks on during the day but I find it a little bit sketchy by night. The apartment inside was clean, confortable and good for purpose, the best was the host, really attentive and helpful. The flat had everything you need and it was tidy

Absolutely perfect stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was ideal—close to the beach and well-connected to the city center. The neighborhood felt safe and had great local restaurants and shops nearby. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth, and the apartment was exactly as described, if not better. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. We truly felt at home and would love to come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Valencia!

Apartment is in great location, everywhere is very close (metro, bus stop, etc.) Also host was very helpful and give us all necessary tips regarding local area (restaurants, bike to rent, etc.) Trully recomend !

Location was excellent and the apartment was tidy and clean. Perfect for our little family with two small children.
