Overall it was good, but they didn't mention that the hall is being renovated, which is loud and dirty, this was a huge negative aspect, as it made is impossible to rest. Also, they told us they have ironing facilities, but it was missing at first, but upon our request they solved it.There were some slight differences in reality vs. the pictures for the worse, but nothing significant. Location is not that great, hence the better price. The room was nothing exceptional, but well equipped and usable, perfect for groups. Everything was clean, towels and sheets smelled great, however, the room was a bit smelly at first, airing the room was a must several times a day.

To best describe this place… I would compare it to a vintage car. It’s fancy, but through the years many people used it and now it’s bumped all around and is rusting. PrimadoReig 81 is a little block of flats consisting of 4 apartments on two levels. On the upper level there are ANELSA's Apartments No 3 and 4. We stayed in Ap 4, although the pictures that represent the flat on Booking.com were from apartment 3 at the moment that we've booked. Despite some differences in the bathroom and kitchen... the apartments from the upper floor are mirrored. The communication with Elsa was very good. The location is good also, only 20-25 minutes to Valencia’s Cathedral on foot. We arrived by car. There are free parking spots all around the apartment, but you have to circle 2-3 times to find a spot. The apartment has two bedrooms, one couch in the living room and one double bed upstairs. Dishwasher machine and wash machine come in very handy. Clean bed sheets and towels. The heating is made only through A/C System. We could adjust the temperature by ourselves.

we were staying nearby the metro and tram Valencia is beautifull, we could rente bikes to see even more
