Check-ins are from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please note that for arrivals later than 9:00 p.m. there is a surcharge of 30 EUR to be paid in cash on arrival.Please note that early check-out before 9:00 a.m. carries a surcharge of 30 EUR.For correct verification of the identity of the holder of the card used for payment, said holder must present the card on the day of entry at check-in when required. NOT complying with this regulation means NOT BEING ADMITTED to the accommodation, and you can only access it by purchasing a new reservation at that moment. For this reason, you will not be able to use virtual cards as you cannot physically present said card.The holder of the credit card used to make the online reservation must be present at check-in. If the owner is not present, the credit card will not be accepted.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

We are a family of 4 traveling from UK. The apartment has a good location with minute's walk to the beach, good size. Antonio was lovely and very helpful as our flight was delayed, he took extra time to wait for us, and he also arranged the taxi from the airport to our accommodation. In the apartment, we find a map of Valencia, and Antonio gave us some tips for our vacation such as transport into the city and recommendations of good restaurants. Clean bed sheets and towels.

Extremely kind and helpful staff. Very close to the beach, at the same time not far away from the Valencia city attractions. Free parking possibility on the street (which is very imoortant in Valencia!). You can find everything what you need in the apartment (I was very happy to find some detergent for washing machine).
