We loved the location. Right on the central square of Montalivet with every facility one needs - cafes, bakeries, fruit shop, supermarkets, hairdressers, fishmongers, laundrette, restaurants, clothes repair, even a computer shop. Easy walk to City of Arts & Sciences and a little further to Oceanografic. Wonderful. Buses to the old town right outside the door or walk 5 minutes or so to catch the brand new number 10 tram.
