Perfect for small family, we had great time, all the small things you need are provided by host. Only some construction work upstairs was not perfect in 8:00 in morning, but understandable. In general great little apartment with stores and great cafe around the corner.

The property was spacious and comfortable, the air conditioning was a blessing during the extremely hot weather. Provisions were provided The host was very helpful and responded quickly to our queries. Public transport was available nearby and if you wanted to get the “steps “in . the property was a 20minute + walk to most of the sites and City centre.

The apartment was nicely remodeled and updated but maintained charming touches, like the original tiled floors and balcony and bedroom wooden doors. The location was fantastic because it was only a 20-minute walk to the historic center (El Barrio del Carmen) but quieter and more of a local vibe since it was not in the tourist district. It was also only a 10 minute walk to the Joaquin Sorolla high-speed train station. It also had the local neighborhood market right across the street and fantastic views of the charming neighborhood church with its cobalt blue Valencian roof tiles and bell tower. The balconies were also charming and the entire apartment was so well decorated and equipped. We were impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was with everything and more that one could want for cooking, even a variety of spices. Overall, the apartment was so spacious and comfortable. The owner also let us check-in early and was great at being in contact. We would definitely recommend it and would stay again.
