Very clean villa with planted garden, patio, gas BBQ and very well appointed large kitchen with big table to sit around. Walking distance to an excellent Carrefour supermarket and local shops. There is access to a community pool with key fob provided by the hosts. The pool is 5-10 mins walk. It is a 5 - 10 minute drive to the centre of historic Valbonne with excellent restaurants, traditional shops. Biot in the other directions has lovely squares and market.

The house was clean and is was great for our stay. The pool is shared with the other houses but it is huge so that is a not a problem. The outside area is also nice during summer!
