The host is very nice and helpful. The dinner and breakfast are excellent. The location is good and close with beach.

Breakfast was very good, owners are nice person, close to the local market and the Sea, place has big, green zone with hammocks where you can lye down and relax.

Since the hotel was still under renovation, we were offered cottages, which were nice. The host was very kind and attentive to our wishes. I had already read other reviews about the breakfast, and it was indeed pleasantly surprising. Thank you for the lovely stay; when we are in Ureki, we will definitely choose this accommodation again. Thank you :)

Shota is an amazing host! He speaks fluent english and gave as tons of recommendations on basically everything - from georgian food tips to things to do in/around Ureki. The outside bar area of the hotel is also nice to hang out, complete with a fully stocked bar, relaxed music and cute cats to watch :) We were also allowed to use the industrial kitchen to make food, which was great.
