We took a small room. It was really very small and austere. The advantage was that due to the bad weather the whole house was empty, so it was quiet. We could use the whole terrace to ourselves. The owner was very pleasant, helpful and attentive. I can't imagine staying here in the high season or for a longer period. We were only here for 1 night. Possibility to make tea and coffee in the shared kitchen on the ground floor.

We stayed at Hotel Kvadrati for couple of days while touring around Georgia The place is relatively new and easy to find, with private parking and common space with necessary cooking and dining facilities. The rooms are clean and functional, not too spacious, with private bathrooms. The magnetic sand beach is a few minutes walk away down the main street where you can eat or shop for groceries. The hosts are very cheerful, pleasant and helpful people. Would definitely stay there again.
