Location is very good. it is just 50 meteres from main street. Not on 1-st line thus not very loud. Seaside is 200 meters from hotel. Near many small restaurants. Just accross very nice beer shop having many different beer types. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Beds are clean and rooms are tidy. Our room had own private shower with hot water without interrupts. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

+) close to black sand beach (near 100 meters) +) swimming pool opposite hotel working 24/7 and available for Barakat hotel guests for a small extra fee less than a ordinary taxi drive +) restaurant with perfect Georgian beer on Barakat hotel territory +) nice breakfast and dinner meals (separately ordered and cooked by Barakat hotel staff) +) clean and tide rooms +) perfect white bed linen +) polite staff who welcome me at night +) small groccery shops beside Barakat hotel +) possible to order airport pickup and airport drop-off +) possible to arrange local sightseings +) many different Georgian restaurants very close to Barakat hotel

The stuff members were very polite and friendly. Great money/quality ratio. Direct in the towncenter that is good but a bit too noisy in high season.
