The beds were so very comfortable. Arrived late due to Flights delayed and car hire drama. Lovely attendant at 2am checked us in. Helpful and friendly.

Very good room. Standard sort of business type room done very well. Nice bed and pillows and very good aircon. Staff were superb. For example, I got of a bus one evening after the baseball and my wallet dropped out of my pocket. When I got to the hotel I realized this and since the keycard was absent I had to go the front desk. When the staff heard of this and the potential calamity it was, they strode into action. Both of them made calls to the police and bus company. When there was no answer from the bus company, one of the staff members rushed out to her car to catch the bus and retrieve my wallet. Above and beyond normal customer service. These people cared.
