Very good breakfast in buffet form. Clean large pool. Secured facility (which is important). Very helpful and polite staff, really 10/10. Nice room with a terrace and refrigerator. Quiet area, no noise, shops and restaurants nearby. About 2 km to the main beach along the main road or by tuk-tuk.

The staff were so friendly and could not do enough for us. The food was fantastic, we ate only their local Sri Lankan and everybody should. The room was beautiful and lots of well thought out details, absolutely no complaints at all. Fabulous place and people.

Amazing unique location being based in a villa on a hill in the jungle. Amazing authorities and extremely friendly staff. A really unique stay!

Wasn't expecting much but this place was our favourite place to stay during our whole trip! The rooms were really spacious and very clean and comfortable. this was important to us as we were travelling with 2 small kids. The staff were amazing, I didn't catch their names but the girl doing front of house and the guy helping at breakfast were so friendly. They even helped out with our baby so I could eat breakfast in peace! The whole property is very chilled and relaxing but f you want more action it's just a short walk to the main road in Unawatuna, walkable or short tuk tuk to the beach. We would have extended our stay if we had more time. There were a few negative reviews about breakfast but they've clearly upped their game, lots on offer and very delicious! We loved the egg hoppers. Thank you
