It was a great time to be at Jungle Joy Villa. Nice staff, the property and the room are very clean, kitchen is helpful and they even found a bigger pot for us. It’s very quiet and it’s totally ok to get a tuk tuk to come back at the end of the day if you don’t want to walk the last part uphill. Easy. A recommended place.

We loved our stay at JJ JungleJoy Villa! It's such a beautiful and peaceful setting. Close enough to walk to Jungle Beach and the Japanese Peace Pagoda. We saw lots of monkeys in the trees on our walk back! A short walk down to the main beach area where there's a huge choice of restaurants. The walk is a little steep on the way back but there are plenty of tuk tuks around. We arrived late on the first night and Asanka kindly waited up for us. Jamie is super lovely and helpful. We really enjoyed our chats with him! Thanks to you both 🙂

A little hike away from crowded streets you can find the Jungle Joy Villa. A quiet yet accessible location, with couple of great restaurants nearby. Spacious and comfortable villas and friendly staff. Room cleaning is availalbe every day. We had everything we needed there and spent a wonderful holidays in Unawatuna. Even in the hot season, jungle provides good shade to get away from the sun. Villa is also perfectly located, allowing you to access both Unawatuna and Jungle beach - similar distance.
