The room was clean and acceptable, and the staff were generally fine. Overall, the experience was okay—not quite what I was expecting, but not bad either. It met the basic standards, though it didn’t stand out in any particular way.

Pros: Beautiful sandy beach with crystal-clear water – even better than expected. Spacious Ambassador Suite with two bedrooms and a large living room. Comfortable and functional rooms, despite showing some signs of age. Varied and sufficient breakfast buffet. Excellent food quality at the beach club.

The Beach was amazing!!!! With clear cristal water. Lumi beach, the hotel's beach club, was the best spot! Such a great vibe, very good music, great food and so affordable. Kids got lost playing around, swimming and having good fun. We will definitely be back!
