1. Big spacious private cottage 2. Real working fireplace! 3. Great Christmas decorations and a chrismass tree in the cottage! 4. Drinkable water from the tap 5. Kettle and tee 6. Safe private parking 7. Good responsive staff

The place is very good. It is perfect combination of price, quality, great service, comfortable location (especially if you are heading to Kyiv or Odesa). It faces green area, which probably makes a great view in warmer seasons. We booked the small room for two adults and 5 y.o and it was everything we needed for two nights.
