This was our second stay in this accomodation and it did not disappoint! The hosts were very hospitable and helpful. I love the silence and the garden surrounding the guest house. It is also 10 minutes away from Sofiivka park.

THE ROOM WAS VERY BIG AND CLEAN.ALSO HAD A SAFE PARKING AREA.IT IS EXACTLY THE SAME LIKE DESCRIBED IN BOOKING.COM.

The hotel is situated not far from the famous park in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a nice green area in the yard and peaceful view from the balcony. The rooms are decorated with natural colours and materials that somehow remind a traditional interior of the Central Ukraine. The hotel has a basement which is very important right now. The staff of the hotel was very helpful and friendly. Hope to stay here again and can recommend it to anyone looking for some peace.

It is the third time that I visit here and i must admit that i like this place. It is a large house located far from the city center and in walking distance from the new river embankment. it is very peaceful and quite , clean and equipped.
